An independent French manufacturer, eV-Teknology operates a vertically integrated production facility centered around three areas of expertise: industrial sheet metal fabrication, surface treatment (painting), and assembly lines (subassemblies and final assembly). Thanks to our factory in Langon (30 minutes from Bordeaux), we design and manufacture generators and thermal/hybrid power generation plants.

Our technical agility allows us to deploy containerized decentralized production solutions (energy conversion systems, microgrids) as well as high-energy-efficiency modular structures.

Factory eV-Teknology

Sheet Metal Workshop

  • Floor space: 590 m², including 180 m² entirely dedicated to the digital machinery park and 350 m² to the “Sheet Metal Assembly” area
  • Digital shears: Cutting capacity of 3000 x 6 mm
  • Digital punch press: Maximum punching area 3000 x 1500 mm
  • CNC press brake: Bending capacity 3000 x 6 mm
  • Machine tools: Notching machine, shearing machine, rolling machine, band saw, etc.
  • Set of MIG and TIG welding stations
  • Material handling equipment: 2 overhead cranes, 3.2 metric tons

Painting and Subassembly Workshop

  • Painting area: 110 m², including a 36 m² [8×4.5 m] ventilated and heated paint booth
  • Subassembly assembly area: 360 m²
  • Material-handling equipment: 1 3.2-metric-ton overhead crane and 2 12.5-metric-ton overhead cranes

Test Benches

  • Power load banks for generators: 3 × 600 kW resistive, with the option to add resistive, capacitive, or inductive load banks
  • Power plant testing: up to 7,700 kVA
  • Equipment for measuring the electrical performance of generator sets (P, 3U, 3I, Hz) and equipment for measuring various parameters (temperature, pressure, etc.)
