Sheet Metal Workshop

  • Area: 590 m², including 180 m² entirely dedicated to the CNC machine park and 350 m² to the “Sheet Metal Assembly” area
  • CNC Shear: Cutting capacity of 3000 x 6 mm
  • Digital Punching Machine: Maximum punching area 3000 x 1500 mm
  • Digital Bending Machine: Bending capacity 3000 x 6 mm
  • Machine Tools: Notching machine, notching machine, rolling machine, band saw, etc.
  • Set of MIG and TIG welding stations
  • Handling Equipment: 2 overhead cranes 3.2 T rolling stock

Painting and Sub-assembly Workshop

  • Painting Area: 110 m² including a 36 m² [8×4.5 m] ventilated and heated paint booth
  • Sub-assembly Area: 360 m²
  • Handling equipment: 1 overhead crane (3.2 T)

Final Assembly Workshop

  • Area: 450 m²
  • Handling Equipment: 2 x 12.5 T overhead cranes

Test Bench

  • Power Load Benches for Generator Sets: 3 x 600 kW resistive load banks with the option to add resistive/capacitive or inductive load banks
  • Power Plant Testing: up to 7,700 kVA
